First Mothers Day
I hadn't realized that Mothers Day counted if your child hadn't been born yet, but apparently it does. Ben says he took Baby Bratton shopping (I really don't know how I missed that) and that he helped pick out my gifts. I like gifts. : ) I received socks (socks that I actually really wanted- not the proverbial 'all I got was socks' type of socks) and Godiva dark chocolate strawberry truffles. Also a card that compared the characteristics of a mother with those of a grizzly bear. The card taught me that I am not a half-ton killing machine (sorry to disappoint), but that I do make excellent sandwiches. (It's the mustard.)
Breakfast. That look in my eyes is a mixture of me having forgotten to take my allergy meds and me just wanting bacon.
Sarah at 34 (and a half) weeks.
Tiger!
In other news, aren't these tiger overalls absolutely wonderful? But why do baby clothes feel the need to always have something about the adorability of the child or the extreme coolness of the parents emblazoned on them? It could get awkward. I do think these are okay. And the tiger is amazing. In my humble opinion.
