Hello Again!

Have you ever tried to blog from an iPhone? I don't recommend it. Maybe there's some way to do it, but I certainly wasn't able to figure it out. My laptop succumbed to 'I'm-a-computer-look-at-me-stop-working'-itis some time ago, but now some friends from church kindly loaned me theirs for some work I need to do. I'm all caught up on that now and I don't think they'll mind if I blog a bit too. : )
So what have I been up too?

First: ESL school website person
I'm in charge of a website. It goes something like this:
1)The program director asks me to do something to the website. Like add a picture.
2)I go into the website controlling program and I start pressing buttons. Weird things happen.
3)I see the picture on my screen, so I call a friend and see if they see the picture.
4)They see a broken jpeg.
5)I try again. They think they might see the picture, but they aren't sure because it's really tiny.
6)I give the computer to a tribe of wild baboons and tell them it's a vending machine
7)Their random keystrokes (intended to dispense Cheetos) result in a beautiful web page complete with picture.
8) I take the credit and somehow still remain in charge of the website.
 Sometimes Ben helps too.

Second: Women's Bible Study Co-leader
We've been doing the book of Psalms this semester. If all goes well tomorrow we will have gotten as far as we originally expected to by the end of the second week. Turns out Psalms is rather meaty. We're good with the slower pace though. It gives us more time to process.

Third: Full time Daniel care
He's learned a lot since I last posted. Like how to sit, crawl, walk, say 'Peeeeeaase!!!', and, new today, hang from my belt loop while whining. He can say a lot of words and sometimes we can tell what he means. He loves dogs, dinosaurs, trucks, airplanes, contrails, geese, and the moon. For the past week he's been walking around saying 'gobble, gobble, gobble.' We tried to move him along to something more Christmasy, but he's very traditional and insists that we give Thanksgiving a couple solid weeks as is its due.

This is how Daniel likes to stand around. He'll stay like that for minutes on end, which is a long time for a one year old.

Soon to be Fourth:
I'm going to be watching a baby girl starting in January. Daniel has met her a of couple times and is head over heels in love. We might have to buy her Dad a shotgun for Christmas. Or something that would actually scare away the more infantile suitors. Like one of those nose suckers.

Later to be Fifth:
We already announced it on Facebook, so I think most people know, but we are expecting another baby on June 26th. Daniel turns two on June 3rd, and Ben and I said we wanted them to be two years apart, so I think that worked out rather well.

Sorry Mom, but I'm just not seeing this 'Baby.'
